Just like any condo you are responsible for anything after the initial setups. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel and a small bottle of dish detergent. The linens and towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs.Â
Parking Passes must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Parking passes and key cards for the parking garage are located in your unit. There are 15-minute parking spots located outside of the lobby for unloading and loading. The renter of record must be 25 years of age. No pets including emotional support animals are permitted. Bluewater units are all privately owned. A number of the homeowners are full time residents. Bluewater Resort is a non smoking/non vaping property including balconies and pool areas. Smoking is prohibited in all condos and anywhere on the property including balconies except for designated smoking areas. Read your rental agreement and check in instructions carefully for rules and regulations. All of our cleaning practices exceed CDC recommendations
